The short version

Five sentences

1. The forms have no server. Every referral, record, signup, and card is built in your browser and stays on your device until you print it or download it. We never receive it.
2. One feature talks to a server: the "Just ASKing" box on the front page. What you type is sent to an AI service to pick which of the five doors fits, and the answer comes back. It is not stored, not logged, and not used to train anything.
3. No accounts, no tracking, no analytics, no advertising, and no cookies set by this suite.
4. Nothing is published. No page here runs a public database of allegations, names, or cases.
5. The site is currently behind a login wall while it is under review, so it is not indexed and not open to the public.

Data minimization

Why the forms ask for so little

Every field on every form is there because a person on the other end genuinely needs it to call you back. There is no field for a diagnosis, an immigration status, a case number, or a criminal charge — not because those never matter, but because a web page is the wrong place to write them down.

• Give first names or initials where a full name is not needed.
• Do not enter a third person's name without their permission, unless you are their next of kin or attorney.
• If a device is shared, use the Clear this device buttons, or a private browsing window.
• If you download a record, it is an ordinary file on your device. Protect it the way you would a letter.

Children

Minors and safeguarding

These tools are built for adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

• The referral form on Auntie Angie's asks whether she is 18 or older. If she is not, the packet says plainly that a guardian or a child-welfare professional has to be involved.
• The Street Team signup asks whether you would be working around minors. If so, a background check has to be on file before you are scheduled.
• Mandatory reporting. Many of the people who use these tools — nurses, social workers, teachers, clergy, and anyone working with children — are mandatory reporters under state law. If someone discloses abuse or neglect of a child, the duty to report is triggered by the disclosure, not by this website. Report it through your state's channel. If a child is in immediate danger, call 911.
• Trafficking disclosures. Do not investigate. Call the National Human Trafficking Hotline or 911 with the person, and never approach a suspected victim in front of a suspected trafficker.
• No identifiable photograph of a child is published by the Street Team without a parent or guardian's written consent. Not a nod — a signature.

Who runs this

The entities, kept separate

• Born Between 2 Generals, LLC owns and operates this software. It is a for-profit company.
• Auntie Angie's House (EIN 92-2193100) and the American King Foundation (EIN 83-1819154) are separate nonprofit organizations with their own boards and their own books.
• America's Future, Inc. is a licensee and partner, not an owner. Other nonprofits can license the suite on the same footing.
• The LLC does not accept donations, and no page in this suite processes a payment. Giving belongs on the nonprofit's own site, under its own name and its own receipts.
